Easy exchange

If your product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

How to request an exchange

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID.
  2. Share photos and an unboxing video of the parcel showing the issue.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or share return instructions.

Conditions

  • The product must be unused, with original packaging, tags and accessories.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if the same item is unavailable we will offer an alternative or store credit.
  • Products damaged through misuse, accidents or normal wear are not eligible.

Refunds

Where a refund applies, prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method; COD orders are refunded by bank transfer/UPI after the returned item is inspected.
